No. Housing charges for ELLC do not appear in Bulldog Connection. These communities are managed separately by Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) and operate under a different billing process.

No. Because ELLC is billed separately from BSU, financial aid is not automatically applied to your housing charges.

First, BSU applies to your financial aid toward tuition and mandatory fees.
If there is excess aid remaining, BSU will post a temporary housing charge on your Bulldog Connection account.
This allows your excess aid to be sent to COCM and applied toward your ELLC balance.

If your excess aid does not fully cover your housing charges, you must pay the remaining balance out of pocket through your resident portal.

Yes. COCM offers separate payment plans for residents of ELLC. You must contact your property’s management office to set up a plan directly.
